Two-dimensional Ising superconductors are very promising materials due to extraordinarily high critical magnetic fields. Due to symmetry, we can distinguish types I and II of Ising superconductivity. In the latter, the space inversion symmetry protects the bands’ spin degeneration. The characterization of spin-orbit interaction is quite hard in this case. To overcome this difficulty, we propose to calculate the spin mixing parameter b2, which describes the strength and anisotropy of spin-orbit coupling. We believe that our results will explain the contributions of different Fermi pockets to robust superconductivity formed in these materials.
